January Start

This important role is varied and has many facets and we are looking for someone with a wealth of relevant experience who is adaptable, can turn their hand to many things and is enthusiastic about working in a rapidly growing organisation. As right hand person to the Head and Proprietor, you will work closely with the Finance & Facilities Manager and will be a vital support to the Senior Leadership Team overseeing the Administration and smooth running of the school. We are a very small school and so require all members of staff to be flexible and take on a variety of roles within their remit.

Salary commensurate with experience.

September 2019

Lionheart - Great Minds Think Differently

We will shortly be posting vacancies for positions in Lionheart our exciting new specialist provision at Beech Lodge for pupils with Dyslexia and other related learning difficulties due to open in September 2019. It will be the first truly specialist SpLD provision in Berkshire and our motto is "Great Minds Think Differently". We want to recruit specialist staff who can help empower these children to gain confidence in their learning and achieve their potential.

We hope to open next year with a small cohort of pupils who have diagnoses of Dyslexia and Dyscalculia and are working approx. 1-2 years academically behind their peers. They will require immersive learning experiences pitched at their level and have the opportunity to enjoy other activities, play and outdoor learning with pupils at the main school.

We are building new facilities for Lionheart and in September 2019 we will be able to accommodate children and young people in Yrs 5, 7 and 9.

We are looking for dynamic, innovative and fun specialist OCR Level 7 and Level 5 qualified specialists, Class Teachers and Teaching Assistants who want to join us on this exciting journey.
