What I enjoy about my job
I love working with teenagers and particularly working through and dispelling the fear of Maths that a lot of children have. One of the most fulfilling parts of my job is when a child finally realises that they can do something in Maths, they get it! It’s a privilege to see their confidence grow as they overcome their fears of the subject.
Who or what inspires me
Seeing a smile on a child’s face when the penny drops, keeps me going.
Little known fact about me
As a teenager, I used to measure the width of my T-shirts when I folded them to make sure they were all the same!
